For users of the EMX4 series starters, a QR Scanner feature is included that simplifies the sharing of important operational and trip condition information with electrical support teams, regardless of location. This capability is critical in reducing downtime and resuming machinery operation swiftly. Not only does it monitor and protect motors and machines, but in the event of a fault, it also facilitates the upload and email of essential data to support staff with the ease of capturing a photo and sending a message.

The platform also houses a Support Contacts Database pre-filled with AuCom representative contacts and the nearest AuCom Group office.
